Summer outing · can families come?

Hello, is the summer outing on 14 June open to partners and children? If so, I would like to sign up for three. Thank you!
I'll take itFor works councils and employee committees
Representatives reply from the council's address, each with their own access. Every request has a representative on it, and at the next term, the whole history is already there.
Connect the council's address where it already lives, with any email provider, without migrating anything.
They write to the same address as before and get the reply from that address. They need no account.
Each representative signs in with their own account. When someone's term ends, you remove their access.
Before and after
The shared password and the forwards to personal mailboxes give way to one address the whole council follows.
An employee writes to the council. Five representatives see the email, each thinks someone else will reply, and the question waits a week.
The first name of whoever is answering shows on the email. The others move on to the next one, and nothing waits without anyone knowing.
TThomas is on itAn employee writes about something delicate, and the email shows up for everyone who has the password, including the representative who only books the outings.
The mailbox owner creates scopes, Social events for example, and can limit a representative to some of them: they then see only the conversations filed there.
Only some scopesAfter the election, the exchanges with suppliers and the replies to staff are still in a former representative's personal mailbox.
The conversations, the team notes and the replies sent wait for the new representatives in the same place.
History keptAn example
Nadia asks whether partners and children can come on the summer outing. Sign-up closes on Friday.
Six representatives read the council's address. Without Trupeo, each thinks someone else has answered, and Nadia writes again three days later.
Nadia writes to the council's address. The representatives see it, marked To assign.
One click on "I'll take it": his first name shows on the email, and the other representatives know he is replying.
Claire, who keeps the sign-up list, adds a team note: families are welcome and the coach still has seats. Nadia never sees it.
Thomas replies from the council's address and marks the email done. The conversation stays with the council, for today's representatives and for the next term's.
Before you start
Access that follows each term, scopes for what must stay between a few representatives, a price that stops rising at three people.
After an election, you invite the new representatives and remove the access of those who leave, without handing over the mailbox password.
An employee writing about a personal matter should not be read by the whole council. With scopes, a representative limited to some of them sees only the conversations filed there.
€10 a month excl. VAT for two people, €20 from three. A council of three and a council of twelve pay the same price.
The servers, the database and the stored emails are at Microsoft Azure, in France. A few service providers are elsewhere, and their list is public. See the list of service providers
Pricing
The price follows the people with access to the mailbox, not the size of the company. It changes on its own when someone joins or leaves.
€10 a month, excl. VAT
Per connected mailbox. You and one other representative.
€20 a month, excl. VAT
Per connected mailbox. 3, 6 or 12 representatives: the same price.
Questions
About the council's address, elections, who can read the emails, management, staff privacy and what it costs.
No. You connect the address staff already write to, whether it lives on Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox.
Which works council address survives the next election
You remove the access of the representatives who leave and invite the new ones. The address, the history, the team notes and the emails in progress stay where they are. If the mailbox password was passed around before Trupeo, change it once, just before you connect the mailbox: after that, nobody needs it to read and reply.
Handing over the council's mailbox at the end of a term
The people you invite, usually the council's representatives, each with their own account. The emails stay with your email provider, and Trupeo works from a copy stored at Microsoft Azure in France. Nobody at Trupeo reads your emails, except when you ask us to or where security or the law requires it. When the Trupeo team opens an account, it is recorded, and that member can see it in their account settings.
How Trupeo protects your mailbox
Not in Trupeo: only the people you invite see the mailbox. The mailbox itself stays with your email provider, so if the council's address lives on the company's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the company's administrators keep control of it there. An address opened in the council's own name, with a provider the council manages itself, leaves the keys with the council alone.
The mailbox owner creates scopes (Social events, Suppliers, Staff questions…) and can limit a representative to some of them: that representative then sees only the conversations filed in their scopes. A new email is filed nowhere, so only the representatives who see the whole mailbox see it until someone files it.
Yes, as soon as more than one person reads the address. With two, you see who is answering which employee, and when one of you is away, the other finds everything.
The price depends on how many people have access to the mailbox, not on the size of the company: €10 a month excluding VAT for a mailbox shared by two people, €20 from three. The 30-day trial is free and needs no credit card.
What a team of 3, 7 or 10 would pay with tools priced per user
No. Trupeo opens in the browser, on a computer as on a phone. You connect the council's mailbox, invite the representatives, and the emails arrive as before.
Keep the council's address, invite the representatives, and see who is answering each employee.
