Access that follows arrivals and departures, scopes for what should stay between a few, a discount on proof.
A new office manager in September, a few weeks of cover: you invite, you remove, and the mailbox password stops going around.
The mailbox owner creates scopes, such as Enrollments or Student life, and can limit a member to them: that member then sees only the conversations filed there. Everyone else keeps the whole mailbox.
To get the discount, send a letter on the school's headed paper from Trupeo. We check it and reply by email; the trial goes on meanwhile.

Questions
About getting started, families, the new school year, access, data and the discount.
No. You keep the address your school already uses, at Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any other email provider over IMAP.
Hardly any. They write to the same address and get the reply from that address, and team notes never reach them. The one trace: during the trial, a small "Sent with Trupeo" line at the bottom of your replies, which you can turn off once you subscribe.
You remove the access of the people leaving and invite the new ones. Last year's conversations, notes and sent replies stay where they are: the new office manager finds an exchange with a family without asking someone who has left.
Yes. An email is handed to the right person: office, leadership, student life, a teacher or anyone else on the team. Everyone sees who is on it.
Yes. The mailbox owner creates scopes (Enrollments, Student life, Leadership…) and can limit a member to some of them: that member then sees only the conversations filed in their scopes. Any member can file a conversation in a scope, and those who are not limited keep the whole mailbox.
