One address for the committee, kept through every election.

Contractor quotes, insurance claims, levy and dues questions, owners reporting a leak: Trupeo connects the address your building already uses, gives every committee or board member their own access, and keeps the history when members change.

Keep the address owners and contractors already use

  • Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or IMAP

Connect the building's address as it is, including a plain mailbox from your web host, with no migration.

  • No platform to adopt

Owners, contractors and insurers keep writing to the same address, and get the reply from that same address.

  • One login per member, not one shared password

Everyone signs in with their own account, removed the day they leave the committee.

A leak report nobody thinks is theirs

An owner reports a leak to the building's address on a Sunday evening.

Five committee members read it on their phones, each assumes someone else will call the plumber, and the owner writes again on Wednesday.

Trupeo gives the message to one person, shows their name to the whole committee, and keeps every reply with the thread for the next committee.

What changes from one annual meeting to the next

A shared password and personal mailboxes in copy give way to one address the whole committee can follow.

Without Trupeo

The password is passed from hand to hand

After each election nobody knows who still has it, and changing it means sending it to everyone again.

With Trupeo

Access removed after the AGM

Every member has their own access

You invite a newly elected member, and remove the access of the one who steps down.

Without Trupeo

Two members answer the same owner

The owner gets two different answers about the same leak.

With Trupeo

Dana is on it

One owner everyone can see

The name of whoever is replying shows up before someone else starts a second answer.

Without Trupeo

Replies leave from personal mailboxes

A member answers the roofer from their own address, and that thread leaves the committee with them.

With Trupeo

History kept

The history stays with the building

Threads, internal notes and decisions wait for the next committee in the same place.

Built for an elected committee, not a fixed team

Access that follows the elections, history that stays with the building, and a price that stops growing at three members.

  1. Access that follows the elections

A member is elected, another steps down: you add and remove access without handing out the mailbox password.

  2. The same price from three members up

€10 a month excluding VAT for two people, €20 from three. A committee of three and a committee of nine pay the same.

  3. The address stays with your provider

Trupeo connects to the mailbox where it already lives. If you stop, the address still works at your provider.

One price per mailbox, the same from three members up

Count the members who actually work the inbox, not every owner in the building.

Every tier includes

  • Individual access for each member
  • Assignments and internal notes
  • One shared mailbox and its full history

Questions strata committees and HOA boards ask

Answers about the building's address, members leaving, who can read the mail, self-managed buildings and strata managers, and what it costs.

Do we have to change the building's email address?

No. You connect the address owners already write to, whether it lives on Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox, including the one that came with your web hosting.

What happens when a member leaves the committee or the board?

You remove their access. The address, the history, the internal notes and the open files stay where they are, and the member elected in their place finds them under their own login. If the mailbox password was passed around before Trupeo, change it once, just before you connect the mailbox: after that, nobody needs it to read and reply.

Who can read the building's mail in Trupeo?

The people you invite, usually committee or board members, each with their own account. The mail stays with your provider, and Trupeo works from a copy stored at Microsoft Azure in Europe. Nobody at Trupeo reads your messages, except when you ask us to or where security or the law requires it. When Trupeo support opens an account, it is recorded, and that member can see it in their account settings.

How Trupeo protects your mailbox

We are a self-managed strata scheme or HOA. Is this for us?

Yes. Without a strata manager or management company, the committee runs the building's correspondence itself, and every member needs to see who is answering what without sharing a password.

We have a strata manager. Why would the committee need a shared inbox?

So the committee's own correspondence, with the manager, contractors and owners, belongs to the owners corporation or the association rather than to the chair's personal mailbox. The next committee can then read what was asked, promised and answered.

How much does it cost for a committee?

The price depends on how many people work the inbox, not on the number of lots: €10 a month excluding VAT for a mailbox shared by two people, €20 from three. The 30-day trial is free and needs no credit card.

What a committee of 3, 7 or 10 would pay with tools priced per user

How long does it take to get started?

A few minutes are enough to connect the building's mailbox, invite the committee members and start sharing out the messages.

Ready to run the committee's inbox together?

Keep the building's address, invite the members, and see who is answering each owner.
