Who makes Trupeo, and why.
Trupeo is made in Nantes, France, by ALK Innovations. It does one thing: it shows a small team who is handling each email in the address they already share.
Why Trupeo exists
I come from community education (éducation populaire, as we say in France), where a team of volunteers often shares one email address and wonders every evening who replied. A school, a works council, a small business or an HOA board goes through the same thing. I built Trupeo for all those teams: the tools that existed were made for large companies, complicated to learn, and charged per person.
Trupeo does one simple thing: it shows who is on which email. If anything bothers you, write to me. I read everything.
Who makes it
Trupeo is built by its founder, Quentin Georget. The company behind it is ALK Innovations, a French SASU registered in Nantes under number 983 856 642, at 31 avenue des Korrigans, 44300 Nantes. Legal notice
How it is paid for
By the teams that use it, per connected mailbox and not per person: €10 a month excl. VAT for 2 people, €20 from 3 people. Verified associations and schools pay half. Every feature is included in both prices.
Your emails and your data
- Trupeo's database and what it keeps of your emails, attachments included, are stored in France. See our service providers
- Your emails stay in your mailbox. They stay with Gmail, Outlook or your email provider. If you stop using Trupeo, nothing is deleted there.
- Never sold, never handed to an AI. Your emails are only used to provide the service. Never for anything else.
- Verified for Gmail. Reviewed by an independent lab, approved by Google on 19 September 2026. All about security
