How does the trial work?
You connect your mailbox and add your team. For 30 days, everything is open and nothing is asked of you: no card, no commitment.
How do you count people?
They are the people who have access to the mailbox in Trupeo. If a third person joins it, the mailbox moves to €20 a month, excl. VAT, and back to €10 if you go back to two.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There is no commitment: you cancel the subscription in Trupeo, and it stops at the end of the month already paid. Your emails stay in your mailbox.
Are the prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Every price is per connected mailbox and per month, excluding VAT. VAT is added to the invoice where it applies.
What if we have two addresses?
Each connected mailbox has its own price, set by the people who have access to it. Two mailboxes with 3 people each: €40 a month, excl. VAT.
What happens after the 30 days?
Before the trial ends, Trupeo asks you to add a payment method. If you do not, nothing is charged: the mailbox is paused in Trupeo, then deleted from it 14 days after the end of the trial, after an email warning you. Add a payment method before then and everything is still there. Your emails stay in your mailbox.

An independent lab reviewed Trupeo's security in September 2026, for Google's CASA program. Google approved Trupeo on 19 September 2026. Your emails stay with Gmail, Outlook or your email provider, and each member signs in with their own account.
