Can the assistant send an email without asking me?
Trupeo tells the assistant which actions are sensitive, such as sending an email, moving one to the trash or removing someone, and Claude and ChatGPT ask you to confirm before doing them.
Who sees what the assistant reads?
What it reads goes through the servers of the company that runs it (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT), under its own terms. Trupeo sends it nothing on its own: only what the assistant asks for, while you use it.
Does it cost extra?
Not at Trupeo: every plan includes it, like every other feature. Your Claude or ChatGPT account stays your own.
