What Microsoft 365 does better than us.
- It is already there: nothing to install, nothing more to pay if your team has Microsoft 365.
- Everything happens in Outlook, on a computer and in the Outlook app on a phone.
- Everyone opens it with their own account, no shared password: Microsoft advises blocking direct sign-in to the mailbox.
- Up to 50 GB with no extra licence.
If your mailbox gets little mail and one or two people look after it, keep Microsoft 365: it is enough, and it is already paid for.
