Where to paste it
Gmail
Click the gear, then See all settings. In the General tab, under Signature, click Create new, give it a name, paste, then Save changes at the very bottom of the page.
Outlook (web and new Outlook)
Open Settings, then Account, then Signatures. Click New signature, paste, choose it for new messages and replies, then Save.
Outlook for Windows (classic)
File, Options, Mail, then Signatures. Click New, give it a name, paste into the box underneath, then OK.
Apple Mail
Mail, Settings, then Signatures. Pick your account, click +, untick Always match my default message font, then paste.
